Comments from Sophie’s employer - Peter Bailey, Quality & Environmental Manager at SWS:
Sophie is positive, keen to learn, prompt and polite, a pleasure to work with. We are delighted with Sophie’s progress and attitude so far! She will allow us to develop the quality department as she takes on certain elements of her role. Sophie has a background in engineering from her time at LMC and this is most useful as she can apply this knowledge in the workplace. It’s also nice to see that the college are so supportive and interested in her ongoing development.
