This qualification is designed for those who currently work, or wish to work in the field of Assessment. They are designed to support the assessment and quality assurance of all Apprenticeships, Vocational Qualifications, Awards, Certificates and Diploma.

Course Overview

On this course you will need to complete a portfolio of evidence consisting of:

  • Written assignments

  • Witness testimonies

  • Practical Observations

  • Professional Discussions

Progression Routes

Upon course completion, you may choose to continue onto further study, completing a higher-level qualification such as Internal Quality Assurer – Level 4.

Entry Requirements

To study this course, learners need to:

  • Complete a satisfactory DBS check

  • Enjoy working with other people

  • Show a commitment to study in regards to behaviour, punctuality & attendance

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the industry you wish to assess

You will also need to have 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. We will also accept key skills or Functional Skills Level 2.

Course Fees

This course costs £811.00, including exam fees.

You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
