We are offering, with the support of the UK Shared Prosperity fund, a number of short 1-day courses to support business start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Wednesday 15 January 2025, 1pm - 4pm
Employer Hub at Lancaster & Morecambe College
This half-day session will look at both personal and business SWOT and TOWS analysis, and you will be guided through this process by our expert tutor and entrepreneur, Keith Robertson.
Wednesday 12 February 2025, 10am - 4pm
Employer Hub at Lancaster & Morecambe College
In this session you will look at Business Planning and will be supported in creating a 3–5-year business plan in a format appropriate for your business. We will look at the key milestones and strategic objectives, as well as the legal and financial implications of running a business. We will look at the financial aspects of your business, including how to fund it, how to look after your money and consider any start-up costs.
