• 1.3 Describe the tactics cybercriminals use to defraud people.

• 2.1 Identify routine protective methods to maintain cybersecurity.

• 2.2 State the importance of cybersecurity testing.

• 2.3 Set up user access controls.

• 3.1 Identify protections for and responsibilities of individuals and organisations as set out in key legislation.

• 3.2 Describe ethical and unethical conduct in relation to cybersecurity.

On successful completion of this course you will be able to progress onto:

• Level 2 Cyber Security

• Digital Apprenticeships

This course costs £84* fee waiver available, including exam fees.

You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
