This qualification is a Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) that is aimed at a new or aspiring team leaders to support the development of knowledge and skills in leading team. By undertaking this qualification, you will be developing your skills in leading a team, achieving team and organisational objectives, and contributing to planning problem solving and decision making. You have the option of completing your Functional Skills alongside this course.
On sucessful completion of this course you will gain a CMI Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

This Level 2 Team Leading course is tailored for current or aspiring team leaders seeking to enhance their leadership abilities and understanding. It serves as an excellent launching pad for your career advancement.
In this course, you will undertake a CMI certificate focusing on three key units essential for aspiring or practicing leaders. Please note that these may vary based on the employer's preferences.

Developing team needs.
Personal development as a team leader.
Additionally, the course will feature sessions on communication, understanding your own behaviour and understanding an inclusive environment.

Line manager authorisation
English BKSB assessment working towards Level 1
This course costs £224.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
