Leadership and management skills have a major impact on the development, productivity, and performance of organisations of all sizes and in all sectors. This is a starting point for your journey to becoming the manager and leader you want to be.
This qualification is a Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) that is aimed at a new or aspiring team leaders to support the development of knowledge and skills in leading team. By undertaking this qualification, you will be developing your skills in leading a team, achieving team and organisational objectives, and contributing to planning problem solving and decision making. You have the option of completing your Functional Skills alongside this course.
On successful completion of this course you will gain a CMI Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Level 1 Award in Personal Resilience & Perseverance qualification.

This Level 2 Team Leading course is tailored for current or aspiring team leaders seeking to enhance their leadership abilities and understanding. It serves as an excellent launching pad for your career advancement.
In this course, you will undertake a CMI certificate focusing on three key units essential for aspiring or practicing leaders. Please note that these may vary based on the employer's preferences.

There are no formal entry requirements to this course, but it is recommended that you have:
Line manager authorisation
English BKSB assessment working towards Level 1
- Course Fees
This course costs £224.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
