Short entry level course covering the essentials of health and safety in the workplace. It is aimed at all employees in all types of organisations.
The course is divided into 4 modules: -
Introducing working safely
Defining hazards and risk
Identifying common hazards
Improving safety performance
There are no entry requirements for this certificate, however it is important that you have a suitable standard of English language in order to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the course. The assessment will involve a 30 question, multi-format exam with hazard spotting exercises.
This course costs £160.00, including exam fees.
You may be eligible for free study if you are 23 or under and this is your first full Level 2 or 3 course. Alternatively, if you are unemployed, receiving an eligible benefit, and taking the course to help you find employment.
