Assessment
Throughout the duration of the course, you will be compiling a portfolio of evidence to support your assessment.
This course is also assessed through an End Point Assessment (EPA) which has two elements.
Professional Discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence- This involves a two-way discussion, lasting 60 minutes, taking place between you as an apprentice and an Independent Assessor, where you are both actively listening and participating in a formal discussion. It provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your competency across the knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Project proposal, presentation and questioning-This has two components. The project proposal involves you as an apprentice completing a defined piece of work which has real business benefit. You will then go onto deliver a presentation along with your proposal. After your presentation you will then be questioned by an independent assessor.
