In this session we will explore:

• How to develop and improve A strategic mindset - how do we step out of the everyday details and ‘doing’, to look at the situation from above, giving an objective perspective through a bird’s eye view.

• How to apply and understand strategic models so they can guide but not lead you, including undertaking a SWOT and PESTLE analysis.

• How to build up knowledge of the business and the world it operates in, trends and landscape, creating an awareness and understanding what the challenges and opportunities are that impacts the business now and, in the future.

• What is strategic thinking blind spots and how to navigate these
