On the 5 October 2023, local industry leaders, apprentices and the wider Apprenticeship team at LMC will come together to celebrate the accomplishments of exceptional apprentices.

This is an event that Lancaster & Morecambe College take great pride in every year. We take recognising the efforts and achievements of our budding professionals seriously, and aim to shine a spotlight on the rising stars, who have embarked on a journey of continuous learning and skill development through Apprenticeships.

The inspiring success stories that will be showcased throughout the evening will showcase how apprenticeship programmes can be transformative in unlocking the potential in an individual. The Apprenticeship Awards Evening is not only about honouring the individual apprentices, but also acknowledging the exceptional organisations who have invested in nurturing their talent. We have some amazing employers in the local area who have shown commitment to the growth and development of their apprentices, and we wish to celebrate their dedication to building a skilled workforce and opening the door to their industry for an apprentice.

If you are an apprentice, have recently completed an Apprenticeship, or are an employer who has an apprentice at your company; you will have received an email about nominations for The Apprenticeship Awards 2023.
